Schneider Electric variable speed drives and soft starters for pumps, fans, compressors and conveyors. The Altivar range runs from the compact Easy Altivar 310 for simple machines, through the Easy Altivar 610 for pumps, fans and HVAC, to the Altivar Process ATV630 for water and process plants, with ratings from 0.75 kW to 160 kW. For motors that only need a gentle start, Altistart 22 and Altistart 480 soft starters reduce starting current and mechanical stress. Graphic keypads, Modbus cables and door-mounting kits are listed alongside. Which Altivar drive should I choose?

The Easy Altivar 310 suits simple machines and conveyors, the Easy Altivar 610 suits pumps, fans and HVAC, and the Altivar Process ATV630 suits water, wastewater and process plants. Size the drive to the motor's rated power and supply voltage. Send us the motor nameplate and we will confirm the part number.

Should I use a drive or a soft starter?

A drive controls the motor's speed continuously and saves energy on variable loads such as pumps and fans. A soft starter only ramps the motor up and down at start and stop, and costs less when the motor runs at a fixed speed.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are in SAR excluding VAT; 15% VAT is added at checkout. For project quantities, request a quote and we will reply with a written offer.
