Where can I buy cable tray in Saudi Arabia?

At Al Barq United Trading Co. in Al Aziziyah District, Jeddah. We fabricate perforated cable tray, fittings and supports in Saudi Arabia to your sizes, in hot-dip galvanized, pre-galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum or powder coated, and deliver across the Kingdom. Send your drawing or list on WhatsApp at +966 58 144 4604 for a quote.

Pre-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized cable tray?

Pre-galvanized tray is cut and formed from galvanized sheet, so it is smooth and economical, but the cut edges are bare. Hot-dip galvanized tray is dipped after fabrication, so every edge, hole and weld is coated. Use pre-galvanized indoors where it stays dry, and hot-dip outdoors, on roofs and in plants.

When should I use stainless steel or aluminum tray?

Stainless steel suits coastal sites, chemical plants and washdown areas, where salt and chemicals attack zinc. Aluminum is light, does not rust and is easy to handle at height.

What sizes of cable tray can you make?

Any width, height and length on your drawing. Bends, tees, crosses, risers and reducers are made to match the tray, in the same finish.

How much load can a cable tray carry?

It depends on the tray width and height, the steel thickness and the distance between supports. Send the cable schedule and the support spacing and we size the tray to carry it.

Do I need covers on outdoor cable tray?

On roofs and outdoor runs, a cover keeps direct sun, sand and falling objects off the cables. Indoors, open tray lets the cables cool and makes it easy to add cables later.

How do I earth a cable tray?

Keep the run electrically continuous across every joint with splice plates or bonding jumpers, and bond it to the earthing system as your specification sets out. Our earthing page has the copper tape and earth bars.

What supports do you supply with the tray?

Slotted strut channel in 41 x 41 and 41 x 21, wall brackets, cantilever arms, hangers and threaded rod, splice plates, and the nuts and bolts to fix it all.

How long does fabrication take?

It depends on the size, finish and quantity, and hot-dip galvanizing adds a step after fabrication. We confirm the delivery time with the quote.

Do you deliver cable tray outside Jeddah?

Yes. We deliver across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk and Abha. Tell us where the order is going when you send your list.

Not sure which tray?

Send us three things. We come back with the tray, fittings and supports you need, and a quote.
